Shipping:

Ready-to-Ship Products:

Orders for in-stock items will be processed and dispatched on the next business day following your order placement.

Customized or Made-To-Order Products:

Our bespoke jewelry and made-to-order fine jewelry creations undergo meticulous design and hand finishing processes. The production time may vary based on the intricacy and complexity of the chosen style. Upon placing your order, we will provide you with an individualized estimate for shipping time. Please anticipate a maximum of 35 business days for delivery. We make every effort to promptly dispatch your order without compromising on quality. Your patience and understanding during this period are greatly appreciated.

Where we deliver:

We provide worldwide delivery to all destinations. We use reputable courier services to ensure the fast and safe delivery of your orders. For China Mainland orders, we ship your order fully-insured through SFExpress next-day delivery, and shipping is complimentary. For international orders outside of China Mainland, we typically ship through FedEx or DHL, especially for orders containing valuable jewelry items (14/18k gold and precious gemstones). The estimated delivery time is around 3-7 business days. Shipping fees start at $30 and are contingent on the specific charges imposed by the courier company depending on your location. Additionally, we offer a more cost-effective shipping method for accessories such as silver jewelry and semi-precious gemstone jewelry, which has an estimated delivery time of approximately 7-15 business days. The shipping fee for this option starts at $10. If you have any inquiries regarding insurance coverage, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Customs Duties:

Please note that your package may be subject to import or customs fees on entry into the destination country. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. If you are unsure please contact us for an estimate of expected custom duties or contact the Customs and Border Office of your destination country. We will work with you to the best of our ability should you need any assistance or have any questions in the process.

Return Policy:

We value your satisfaction with our products, and we strive to ensure a hassle-free return process.

Return Period:

We gladly accept returns within 15 days upon delivery for qualifying items. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original and unworn condition.

Exclusions:

Most of our fine jewelry items are made-to-order and, unfortunately, do not qualify for return. Customized or personalized items are considered final sale and do not qualify for return.

Special Services for Fine Jewelry and Customized Items:

Although fine jewelry items and customized pieces are not eligible for return, we understand the importance of achieving the perfect fit and satisfaction. We offer complimentary 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and lifetime cleaning, polishing, and resizing services to ensure your ultimate satisfaction with your purchase. In situations not covered under warranty, such as damages due to daily wear or if you wish to redesign your piece for a fresh appearance, we also offer fairly-priced repairing and redesigning services.

We provide an insured shipping label at reduced rates for your convenience, so you can send your ring to us and back again with ease. The shipping cost will be $20-$100 dollar depending on your location and the value of your item.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please use the contact form or contact us at yutan.jewellery@gmail.com within the 15-day return period. Please also provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Shipping Label along with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. 

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow for up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Please notice that we do not refund shipping costs or import duties except for the case of faulty items.

Faulty Items:

In the rare scenario where your item is faulty, please email us at yutan.jewelry@gmail.com. If your item is deemed faulty, we will replace or repair your item at no extra cost to you. If neither options are available, we will issue you a full refund.

Warranty:

All jewelry purchased in our online store is under warranty against manufacturing defect for 1 year from the date of receipt. Examples of manufacturing defects include stones that become loose despite being set in a recently crafted ring, deformation, bending, or denting, crooked rings upon arrival, and rings produced with incorrect materials.

 The warranty does not extend to cover loss or damage of the center stone. Additionally, damages resulting from accidents, inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modifications, attempted repairs, negligence, or failure to adhere to specific care instructions provided by us are not covered under the warranty. For additional peace of mind over potential damage or theft of your jewelry piece, we strongly recommend jewelry insurance through your chosen insurance company. Such coverage provides an added layer of protection for your valuable items beyond the scope of our warranty.
